- Then, wait for your phone to ring — it will be your tow agent calling to set up your free tow.
- Watch your inbox! The tax receipt from your charity of choice will be sent right to you.

We run a tight little ship around here! That means that our team is small and overhead is kept to a minimum. It also means we care about one another. A lot. And many of us have donated our own vehicles. My own family has used the program three different times in the past decade. We were always so very thankful for the free tow!
This is always a fun exploration of the charities that we each care about. One of our former team members donated their own beloved car. Having been away from us for a time, they had a chance to experience the service objectively. They wrote,
Thank you for all your help! The car was gone before we knew it – we didn’t
even see (the tow driver), just the empty parking spot. It was such a relief to have
it taken care of so fast and it was one less thing to worry about during
our big move. It was soooo much stress at the time and your timely car

Google reviews and website testimonials are just the start. Many donors come back a second time. Or a third time. Or many, many, many times. Canadian vehicle donors are exceptional in their generosity. Once they experience the ease, compassion, friendliness, and excellence of this process it’s a no-brainer to repeat it.
This Spring brought one such donor back to us for the third time. Back in 2017 they donated their first car for their regional children’s hospital. Then, in 2000 they rolled in with a minivan for their provincial foodbank. Not done yet, they just donated a little SUV for the same children’s hospital!
This particular donor has never written a review. Their 5 Star confidence in the program shows up in the shape of actual vehicles donated to their various charities of choice!
