BC SPCA | Speaking for Animals

The BC SPCA cares for animals, wild and domestic, across the province of British Columbia. They’re serving from 100 Mile House to Vernon – and everywhere in between! Donate a Car Canada has been facilitating vehicle donation for them since 2013.

The BC SPCA has so many ways to stay connected. For example, they are active in wildlife and farm animal care. Furthermore, veterinary support, animal adoptions, and legal wrangling are all part of their work, too. If advocacy for furry friends is on your heart-string list, this work is for you!

The BC SPCA leads the way in animal care and management.
It is the largest animal welfare organization of its kind in Canada.

They help more than 97,109 abandoned, abused, injured and homeless animals each year. Moreover, they run preventative programs around the province to address the root causes of animal suffering.

Their work is evidence-based. That means they are using the best available scientific and professional knowledge about the welfare of all animals. This includes pets, farm animals, research animals, and animals in the wild.

BC SPCA | Forever Guardians

This boots-on-the-ground charity is working to protect and enhance the quality of life for all animals.

The SPCA positions themselves as loving guardians for countless creatures. Forever Guardians is also a unique program offered by the charity. They invite us, as givers, to consider legacy giving. In this way we, too, are guardians of some of the most vulnerable, even after we pass.

What does this have to do with my car?

Donate a Car Canada partners with hundreds of charities like the BC SPCA. From coast to coast we facilitate the donation of unused or unwanted vehicles.
