The towing agent called me the very next day and then again the morning of the pre booked pick up day to confirm. It snowed that day and he informed me that they were running an hour late. Great service. The young man from the tow truck company that came was called Logan. What a polite professional and pro he was at his job. The whole thing only took fifteen minutes and he was off. Could not have had a better experience.
