We are so pleased with the (speed) and ease of donating the truck. (Your agent) contacted us early in the morning, I spoke to them before lunch, and the truck was picked up (the same day) by a very pleasant driver.

Thank you so much for your wonderful organization! My wife suffers from progressive osteoarthritis, so we were pleased to donate a little to such a worthy charity (the Arthritis Society) and it helped with our decision to pass on the truck.
