I found the experience to be extremely fast and easy. I have been wanting to donate an old vehicle of ours for quite a while but I figured it was going to be a long process and a lot of red tape but it was very easy. I just filled out an online questionnaire with some information, they emailed me back almost right away with pick-up arrangements. Within 48 hours I had a very friendly, cheerful tow truck gentleman come to my house and load my vehicle. I didn’t realize there were so many charities available to pick from but I chose the Parkinson’s Society of Alberta.
