Alberta Animal Rescue Crew

The Animal Rescue Crew Society would like to extend a heart felled testimonial of the crucial assistance that Donate a Car Canada provides our non-profit.

In Alberta thousands of cats and dogs are homeless, abandoned, abused or living in horrendous conditions. Although we may not see them on the streets of our cities and towns, it is estimated that well over 25, 000 small animals are rescued or surrendered in Alberta alone. AARCS mission is to improve the lives of animals by rescuing and providing sanctuary to abandoned, surrendered or abused animals; assisting communities to achieve healthy and respectful relationships with animals; promoting responsible and compassionate guardianship and advocating on behalf of all animals.

We could not do our crucial work without the support of community networks such as Donate a Car Canada. They provide a unique and innovative way of contributing that makes it easy for donors and charities like us to benefit from their program. We have raised thousands of dollars through their program that has allowed us to help animals in need now.

Thank you Donate a Car for the support you have generously provided us as part of your selected charities.  Through help like yours we provide foster homes to animals in needs and regularly run rescue efforts such as our recent rescuing of Ginnie who was caught in a trap. You can read her story at the following link:http://albertaanimalrescuecrew.com/profile.php?id=1688&sourcePage=patients.

Our organization works hard to raise awareness at various community events and adoptathons. You can read about these events at the following link: http://albertaanimalrescuecrew.com/events.php. And we are currently in the final processes of building our long awaited animal rescue center. You can read about this at the following link: http://albertaanimalrescuecrew.com/safe_haven_project.php. These are only a few examples of how Donate a Car is helping make a difference in the lives of animals in need!
