I want to tell you that the concept is a very worthwhile concept of donating an old vehicle to a great cause.  The towing company came on schedule in a very short time & the person was very pleasant & my car was removed within half an hour.  Unfortunately, the final steps of obtaining the receipt takes a very long time (3 to 4 months for me).  I hope others consider this concept!
