Barb who assisted me on the phone was helpful, courteous and informative. This was my first time donating my car and it was great to have someone on the other end accommodating and helpful. I believe the tow truck driver’s name was Curtis. He was also friendly and professional. It was a difficult time to “let go” and I think he sensed it. I am happy that the $ donated from my vehicle will help the charity of my choice. It was a smooth and easy process. Thank you to Donate a Car! I will definitely recommend to those who are thinking of doing the same thing.
