Making it Easy for Charities

I wanted to send a note along to your organization. We have been registered for 3 months, and have had activity every month. As the Database Administrator here at the Calgary Women’s Emergency Shelter I wanted to congratulate you on your excellent notifications to us. It is extremely helpful to have all the information clearly laid out in the email and particularly, the attachment. I believe this is the best example of how to notify a charity of a donation that I have seen in many years of working at non-profits.
