Donated Hyundai models raise thousands of dollars for charity

Just a few minutes ago I had the happy experience of engaging a Hyundai Tucson donor. Her trusty and beloved ol’ girl is ready to come off the road. The donor is having a hard time letting her go, but she’s excited to be donating to her charity of choice. In this case, she’s giving to a human rights organization.

We’re working on a Santa Fe donation for a hospital foundation, too. An Accent donation is going to Ronald McDonald House Charities this month end. The Canadian Red Cross will see the proceeds from a Sonata donation drive on up shortly, and an Elantra will benefit the ALS Society.

Every car counts!

Re-sale ready vehicles are a boon for charities coast to coast. Whenever possible, our cooperating agents re-sell donated vehicles to the highest bidder. Vehicles are sold as-is (no repairs are done on the vehicles prior to sale).

Human kindness, human rights?

We’ll just say it: things are feeling a bit bonkers right now. We’re feeling. So many feelings! Some of us are yelling about our feelings. Others of us are tensing our jaws and staying so very quiet. It can be tricky to discern if we should be shouting more loudly, or staying more quiet. I mean, we have rights…right?

We’re not going to weigh-in on those rights. But in a week when we were reminded that Kindness Day is a thing we all need, we stand by one basic privilege: human kindness. To that end, we’d like to introduce you to some of the Canadians that are doing their utmost to serve the world’s most vulnerable people. These are folks whose daily mission it is to extend compassionate equality, inclusion, and basic dignity.

Who do you love?

Donate a Car Canada is a family-run business operating out of Alberta. We’re a tight team of WFH humans. The captain of our little ship has made it her practice to offer employment with integrity, fairness, and inclusion. This means we’re a diverse bunch. This Pride Month is no exception.

How do I donate a car in Quebec?

You have come to the right place if you are ready to donate a car in Quebec. Donate a Car Canada has been serving charities in Quebec since 2005.
