Every car is beautiful…in its own way

“Even though at almost 28 years old my car is no longer winning beauty contests, she’s still in great shape for driving. Continues to drive great and is very reliable and comfortable, but has a damaged headlight [driver’s side]; exterior mirror sheared off [passenger side].” C.H. is one of our thoughtful and intentional vehicle donors. An 81 year old on a fixed income, her Vancouver car donation was one way that she could support her favourite charity.

Finding the vehicle donation program that would keep her donation in Canada was important to C.H. Furthermore, having her choice of any Canadian charity was key to her decision to give in this unique way.

Her worries about the esthetic of her Toyota? Re-sale or recycle ready, every donated vehicle makes for generous donation dollars for those charities!

And we really do mean every vehicle — as long as its intact. Our agents do require that donated vehicles have all parts intact, as well as four tires. Beyond that, pings, dings, and blown engines alike are welcome!

How do donors actually feel about their donation experience?

Once it was complete, C.H. offered us some helpful and generous feedback regarding her Vancouver car donation experience:

“I can gratefully say that, at every stage of this process, your very
efficient team was most impressive, and would unhesitatingly recommend your
excellent service to anyone who might benefit from it.
The experience was quick, informative, and my e-mail inquiries were always answered
promptly.
The Donate a Car Canada staff were excellent and the tow agent was very informative.
Billy (the tow agent) was considerate, helpful, informative, and arrived where and when he said he
would without any problems.”

Is Vancouver car donation really worth it?

Absolutely! Vancouver car, truck, SUV, van, and motorcycle donors raise thousands of dollars for Canadian causes each year. Your four-wheeled junker can make such a difference! A car in working order? Well…read on…

Whenever we can, we have our agents re-sell donated vehicles. This ensures that the charity can receive a gift of thousands of dollars if the car has that kind of value.

We may recycle your car: this results in a flat-rate donation determined by what our agent will pay for the vehicle. This can earn your charity hundreds of dollars.

Whatever your cause, we are here to serve. You are just a click or a call (1-877-250-4904) away from getting your own Vancouver car donation rolling!
