Buick Riviera

Smart technology in a 1986 Buick Riviera? We were as surprised as you are!

Wait…what? In 1986? In a Buick Riviera?

So, where did this tech go?

As a woman of a certain age, I understand the challenges of adapting to ever-changing tech. The drivers of the late 80’s weren’t quite ready for this radical addition to the Buick Riviera dashboard.

Due to driver complaints of distraction while driving and difficulty of use, the touchscreen adaptations were removed from the Riviera.

Ready for change?

Maybe you’re ready to make the leap to smart tech in your next vehicle? If a new car purchase is in your future, consider donating your old one? Your donation of a sale-able vehicle can result in hundreds…or thousands…of donation dollars for whatever Canadian charity you choose!

If the vehicle you’re thinking of replacing is ready to be recycled, it is still worth cash for your charity!
