Towing Agents Take Extra Care

I wanted to let you know how extremely impressed I was/am with the service provided by the tow truck company and the guy they sent – so helpful and nice (forget his name) – but hope you can let him know. He helped with the transition very well and it all went smoothly. He arrived early and realized that and went and looked at the storm waves for a bit as we finished getting ready. Very considerate man. Yes, the kept in touch with us by phone all along.
