Exceptional Job

The Tow Truck Operator was very professional and courteous. He went out of his way to make things go smoothly and efficiently. He was very friendly and talkative and presented a very good image of his company in his manner and approach. The driver should be given recognition for his attitude and approach to the job.

He provided additional assistance during access to the vehicle and arranging vehicles afterwards. In my opinion he went above and beyond his duties to do an exceptional job on the vehicle pick-up.
